He is survived by: his wife Christina "Tina" Lewis of San Mateo; his father David Bishop of Interlachen; his children, Bryanna Hall (Dustin) of Hollister, Brian Lewis (Summer Bogami) of Palm Coast, Brandon Lewis of Palatka and Brandalyn "Pookie" Williams (Thomas) of Palatka; his stepchildren, Randie Johns of Palatka, Morgan Johns of Palatka and Johnna McNeill of Palatka; his sisters, Flossie Fields of Palatka, Judy Thompson and Alma Stone; his half-siblings, David Bishop and Donna Holstein Nerro of Cocoa; and his grandchildren, Skylar Hall, Starla Hall, Seth Hall, Noah Lewis, Zachary Lewis, Falyn Johns, Shannon Pilsbury and Murphie Munez. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
