She is survived by: her children, Carlos Perrone, Lindsey Perrone, Lauren Perrone, Hailey Perrone, Karisa Perrone and Jonathan Haley.

In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to Metropolitan Ministries in Sylvia's name.
