He is survived by: his wife Terri Levine-Messer of San Antonio; his children, Brittany Reyes (Guy) of Pensacola and Brian Messer (Meghan) of Bartow; his stepchildren, Marissa Rivera of Land O' Lakes and Troy Rivera of Wesley Chapel; his grandchildren, Mason Messer, Tatum Messer, Alexander and Genevieve Reyes; his siblings, Jimmy Messer, Tammy Mosley (Gary) and Sammy Messer (Tammy); his close friend Jimmie White; his pets, Oshi and Brady; and his friend Roger. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, cousins.
