He was predeceased by: his parents, David Forsythe and Elva Forsythe; and his sister Darlene Manley. He is survived by: his wife Kay; and his children, David (Kari), Robert (Laurine), Colleen (John) and William (Monnica). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
