He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Ann Zebra (Ward). He is survived by: his sons, Scott (Michelle) and Mark (Anne); his grandchildren, Jackson, Madeline, Samuel, Nora, Benjamin and Luke; his stepgrandchildren, Connor and Ryan Lynch; his sister Pamela Demine (David); and his brother-in-law John K Ward (Joanne).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to either Metropolitan Ministries of Tampa Bay or the Michael J Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research in honor of David and Pat Zebra.
