It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Allan Powers (San Antonio, Florida), born in Richmond, Virginia, who passed away on October 8, 2018, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn (Lynn); his children, Christine Paulsen (John), Elizabeth Vester (Mark), Patrick Powers (Robin), Jamie Powers (Mardee) and Jeff Powers (Meg); his grandchildren, Brooke Paulsen, Kelly Vester, Keegan Powers, Anna Powers and Matthew Powers; his siblings-in-law, Ann Powers, Rosemary Powers, Jim Friel and Ann Friel; his parents, Allan Powers and Mary Powers; and his brothers, John Powers and Tom Powers. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
