She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Welch (Moody) and Cecil E. Welch. She is survived by: her siblings, Ronnie Welch (Barbara) and Wanda DeWitt; her husband Walter; her sons, Mark (Susan), Cecil (Morgan), Woodrow and Steven; and her grandchildren, Leo and Madison.
