He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Waller and Dorothy Waller; and his brother Jack Waller. He is survived by: his wife Katherine Waller; his children, John Waller, Jr. (Cassy), Robert Joseph "Joey" (Jaily) and Renee Montanez (Jason); his grandchildren, Kali Snow, Cori Waller, Courtney Waller, Terry Carter and Jason Montanez, Jr.; and his great grandchild Brett Garthwait.
