Lampley; his grandson Legend Lampley; his brother Gregory Lampley; his parents-in-law, Turner and Florence Kendrick; his siblings-in-law, Joe Kendrick, Michael Allen, Rhonda Lampley, Janice Kendrick and Darcelia Johnson; and his mother Geraldine "Jeri" Lampley.

He is survived by: his wife Armanda Lampley (Kendrick); his grandson Rudy; his nephew Charles "Chip" Lampley; his niece Carla Lampley; his children, Tommy Lampley, II (Inez), Lewis Lampley (Sarah), Ariel Lampley and Joseph Lampley; his grandchildren, Jordan, Tyler, London, Leo, Kaari, Tommy III and Kyro; and his siblings, Charles Lampley, Rene Turner (Mel), Stephanie Lampley, Joy Lampley-Fortson (Reggie), Cojuana Norman and Angela Lampley. He is also survived by loving aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family and friends.
