Terry is survived by: husband Craig Hayes; children, Freddie Wise, Jr., C. J., Eric Hayes, Nejai Hawks (Adrian) and Tiffany Hayes; and sisters, Gloria Fitzpatrick and Neda Coston. Terry is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 20th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Smith Funeral Home & Cremation Services (1534 18th Ave S, St. Petersburg, FL 33705). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the United Community Church (2175 Pinellas Point Dr S, St. Petersburg, FL 33712).
