She was predeceased by: her parents, Lela Jeanette Hunt Parker and Franklin Halfacer; her husband John H. Settle, Jr.; her son Jon Michael "Mike" Settle; her sister Phyllis Sutton; and her great grandchild Aurorra Gaskill.
She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Richard (Kent) of St. Petersburg, FL; her siblings, Johnny Halfacer of Abilene, TX, Jerry Parker of Niceville, FL and Cindy Bobbin (Ralph) of Mary Esther, FL; her grandchildren, Jessica Settle, Hannah Trimble (Andrew), Nick Richard, Noah Richard, Sam Richard (Raegan), Jonah Richard and Eli Richard; and her great grandchildren, Oliver Hernandez, Corey Davenport and Logan Arnold. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
