She is survived by: her children, Steven Tackette (Mary) of St. Petersburg, FL, Derek Eisengart of St. Petersburg, FL, Eric Eisengart of St. Petersburg, FL, Tammy Pinder of Clearview, FL, Heather Swanhart of Milwaukee, WI and Holly Bean; her siblings, Johnny Gilford of Denison, TX, Billy Ray Gilford of Hopkinsville, KY, Robert Wayne Gilford (Helen) of Hopkinsville, KY, Sharon Ann Gerke (Wayne) of Hopkinsville, KY, Betty Jean Boyer of Hopkinsville, KY and Rheva Nell Hornbeck (Randy) of Largo, FL; her grandchildren, Steven Ostrow, Patrick Tackette, Jermey Tackette, Justin Pinder, Tyler Pinder, Christopher Swanhart, Caleb Swanhart, Hadley Swanhart, William Eisengart, Aiden Eisengart, Davin Eisengart, Alex Eisengart, McKenna Eisengart, Jordann Beam, Aaron Beam and Ryan Minzer; and her pet Corkie.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Lamb Funeral Home (3911 Lafayette Rd, Hopkinsville, KY 42240). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
