Though Ryan Maxwell may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Ryan Maxwell touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He is survived by: his parents, Christina Brown of Saint Petersburg, FL and James Maxwell Smith (Chet) of Charleston, WV; his grandmothers, Doris George of Saint Petersburg and Ann Negstad of Newark, DE; and his siblings, Owen Brown and Emma Brown. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 5:00 PM, at 6:00 PM and on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens (5233 Rocky Fork Rd, Cross Lanes, WV 25313). Even during the pandemic, he was eager to work and do his part in making the world a better place.
