It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Bailey Cowles of Saint Petersburg, Florida, born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 11, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Ann Starr; and his son Tyson. He is survived by: his former wife Helen Prescott; his children, Steven, Jerry, Dot and Chris; and his stepchildren, Jeff, Donna, Andrea and Lori. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.
