He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ismael, Aurea Acevedo, Kenneth and Winnifred West. He is survived by: his parents, Frank Acevedo and Margaret Acevedo; his brother Dominick Acevedo; and his aunts and uncles, Cesar Acevedo, David West, Gilbert West, Roldan Colon, Philip Sladek, Kevin McKusker, Rodney Moore, Peter Ornes, Kenneth, Mark Hicks, Beverly Smith, Camille Colon, Judy McGaw, Maria Acevedo, Nicole Moore, Rosie Ornes and Kathy Mckusker.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in his name to the St. Francis Preparatory Football Program in Fresh Meadows, New York or to the CUNY School of Medicine – The City College of New York.
