It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mathew Balasis of Saint Petersburg, Florida, who passed away on January 11, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Adamantios "Tommy" Balasis and Mary Genadopoulos Balasis. He is survived by: his wife Suzy Arzet Balasis; his children, Adamantios Balasis, Maria Balasis, Ewana Forde (Dwight) and Markella Balasis; and his siblings, John Balasis (Cindy) and Markella Gianato (Jimmy Joe).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to St. John Greek Orthodox Church or Suncoast Hospice.
