He is survived by: his wife Anita Rodrigues-Smith; his daughter Jentry Smith; his mother Doris Smith; his siblings, Linda Hess (William) and Bret Smith (Lisa); his nieces and nephews, Avery, June, Zelie, Zane, Henry, Loren, Francis and Merit; his stepdaughters, Alivia Hart (Alex) and Shelbie Seay; and his stepgrandsons, Callan and Liam Hart.
