She was predeceased by: her husband Robert A. Toner; and her siblings, Bevery Phillips, Guy W Miller and Edward Miller. She is survived by: her children, Jonathan Toner and Carolyn Toner; and her grandson Sean Toner. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
