He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Theresa Ann Hutchinson (Kurt Armbrust), James Russell Phillips (Heidi Phillips), Dr. Jeffrey Dean Phillips (Sue Phillips) and Denise Anderson Da Silveira (Duarte Da Silveira); his grandchildren, Shelby Schuh (Aaron), Ryan Hutchinson (Sarah), James Phillips (Mary), Joshua Phillips, Cindy Phillips, Rebekah Wooley (John), Leah Alderman (Eliot), Johanna Corrao (Michael), Janeen Hartwig (Chuck), Seth Phillips, Caleb Tristano (Marly), Sam Phillips, Jessica Phillips, Melissa Phillips, Lauren Fisher (Brian), Sophia Da Silveira and Alec Da Silveira; and his great grandchildren, Elliot Fongers, Dylan, Austyn Schuh, Michael, Jack, Joey Hutchinson, Kaleigh Gibson, Giovanni Jones, Trinity, Christopher Phillips, Lishia Kidwell, Charlotte, John, Patrick, Martin Wooley, Devorah, Shiroh Alderman, Ruby Corrao, Gabby, Greta Hartwig, Josephine Phillips, AnaMarie, Jane and Eliza Fisher. He is also survived by sister and brothers-in-laws, and nieces and nephews.
