He was predeceased by: his mother Antoinette Fornuto; and his sons, Anthony and John E. He is survived by: his father Anthony Fornuto; his wife Evelyn; his children, Anne Marie Ayling, Lisa Swanson and Michael Fornuto; his stepchildren, Concetta Trujillo, Ida Ferrara, Antonio Ferrara and Theresa Deblanco; and his friend Danny. He is also survived by his many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
