She was predeceased by: her father Leslie Hopper Jr.; her grandparents, Harold, Jennie Mitton, Leslie Sr. and Ana Olga Hopper; and her sister Pamela Eccles.
She is survived by: her significant other Dennis Mills; her mother Elizabeth "Betty" Hopper; and her siblings, Roger Hopper, Norma Engle and David Hopper. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or to the 30th Avenue Baptist Church in memory of Debbie, honoring her lifelong dedication to caring for others.
