She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy Rutledge (Betty Rutledge) and Betty Rutledge. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Masse; her daughters, Rachel Neumann and Laura Masse; her granddaughter Genevieve Neumann; and her siblings, Jeannie Job, Dianna Traub and Jim Rutledge.
