She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Knight and Virginia Knight; her husband Earley A. Willis Jr.; and her siblings, Virgil Knight Jr., Wilhelmena K. Murphy, Queenester Carter, Calvin C. Knight Sr., Thelma K. Evans and Leo W. Knight.

She is survived by: her daughter Desiree LaJeanne (John); and her granddaughter Jasmine Babbs. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
