She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Williams and Laura Williams; her sister Donna Mae Smalley; and her husband Gene. She is survived by: her children, Terry Perry (Mike), Jenny Neal (Doug), Rob Shafer (Cindy) and Tony Shafer (Jane); her grandchildren, Hannah Perry, Olivia Neal, Robbie Shafer, Joey Shafer (Ali), Mary Shafer, Andy Shafer, Johnny Shafer and Mikey Shafer; her great grandchildren, Cadie, JoJo, Teddy and Wesley; and her close friend Dolores Iacino. She is also survived by her family and friends.
