Andrea Christine Chamberlain D. Obituary
ANDREA CHRISTINE ARNOULT CHAMBERLAIN, M.D., 47, passed away Monday, December 11th, 2023, surrounded by family. Born in New Orleans, LA, she graduated from Dominican High School, University of New Orleans, and Meharry Medical College in Nashville, TN. Since the age of 20, she had been paralyzed from the waist down, but despite this difficulty, she persevered to complete two residencies: one for General Medicine in Johnson City, NY, and another for Psychiatry in Greenville, NC. Before her passing, she was a well-known psychiatrist in Seminole, FL.
A devout Catholic, Andrea's favorite devotions were to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, the Sorrowful Heart of Mary, and the Divine Mercy chaplet, which she recited daily with her family, along with the 15 Prayers of St. Bridget, the Rosary, the Angelus, and the Chaplet of the Seven Sorrows. She was a strong advocate for the unborn. Seeking above all to lead her children to heaven, she formed the devotional life of her family through her example.
She was a faithful wife and mother, putting family before all else. The day before she died, she was enjoying quality time with her family at Disney World.
Andrea is survived by her husband Daniel Chamberlain and their six children: Winter Rose, Maria Faustina, Therese Margaret, Victoria Marie, Michael Joseph and Anastasia Imelda. She is a beloved daughter of Patricia McFaull Arnoult and the late Elden B. Arnoult, Jr.; Granddaughter of the late Rita C. Arnoult and the late Elden B. Arnoult, Sr. and of the late Mae McFaull Culligan (Raymond) and the late Chris F. McFaull; Sister of Nicole Arnoult Franklin (Bobby), Elden "Denny" Arnoult III (Mary Jeanne), and the late Chris P. Arnoult; Half-sister of Glenn Hartenstein (Mally); Niece of Linda LaPorte (Dan), John Culligan (Kim), the late Chris P. McFaull, Bonnie Arnoult Porsche, the late Bobby Arnoult (Brenda), Ronnie Arnoult (Amy), and the late Kathy Arnoult (Cole); Aunt of many beloved nieces and nephews.
