With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Amanda Godfrey of Saint Petersburg, Florida, who passed away on June 29, 2024 at the age of 41. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Amanda may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Amanda touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Jim, Marva Stuart, Roger, Connie Callahan and Johnny Lyle Godfrey.
She is survived by: her mother Shari Denise Godfrey (Stuart); her children, Lucien, Lincoln and Laynee; her father John Godfrey; and her brother Johnny Godfrey (Lindsey). She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
