He is survived by: his brother Alfonsas Budininkas; his nephew Romas; his nieces, Kristina, Ruta and Elena; his great-nephews, Myles, Justin, Lucas, Steven and Alex; his great-niece Lydia; and his friends, Laimute Alvardo and Danute Gotceitas.
He was Director of the General American Lithuanian Foundation 1982-1989, Cicero, Illinois, Chairman 1986-89, General Secretary of the board 1989-94.
