He is survived by: his children, Jack (Lori), Don (Suzy), Jeff and Leslie Truncale (Tom); his grandchildren, Mika, Daniela, Isabella, Sean, Emily, Annah, Christian, Elliott, Caitlin, Olivia, Thomas, Matt and Nick; and his great grandchildren, Meli, Juni and Kieran Jack.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
