He was predeceased by: his parents, Murray James Cook and Edith Virginia Bradley Cook. He is survived by: his sister Nancy C. Hunt (Geoff) of Tallahassee; his nieces, Jennifer Spolyar (Jeff) and Sarah Ellin (Roger); his nephew Matthew Hunt; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Regan Spolyar, Andrew Spolyar, April Ellin, Melody Ellin and Bailey Ellin.
