He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Nicholas Omelusik, John Holbrook and Etta Holbrook; and his friend Linda McKay. He is survived by: his parents, Randal Holbrook and Kim Holbrook; his brother Devin; his grandmother Judy Omelusik; and his aunts and uncles, Trann Omelusik, Rodney Holbrook (Denise), Roger Holbrook (Ann) and South of Florida.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Cornerstone Baptist Church (2925 Canoe Creek Rd, St Cloud, FL 34772).
