The memory of Lucille McNeil (Saint Cloud, Florida), who passed away on January 22, 2025 at the age of 92, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Joyal and Beatrice Joyal; her brother Donald; her son Patrick Michael McNeil; her daughter-in-law Susan Jennings; and her great grandchild Brandon Ruizzo.
She is survived by: her sister Ruth; her children, Janice Ruizzo (Donald), James Jennings, Jacqueline Ruizzo (Gary), Jeri Vieira (John), Roland McNeil (Judy) and Catherine McNeil; her uncle Georgie; her former husband James B Jennings; her husband Roland McNeil; and her sister Helen. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 from 3:15 PM to 4:00 PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses (3383 Canoe Creek Rd, St Cloud, FL 34772). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location. She got her own apartment and was content and settled until 2020 when the pandemic and isolation took a toll.
