He was predeceased by: his mother Clarice Cruise (Lee); and his siblings, Meek Lee, Jack Lee, Thomas Lee, Naomi Ellen Owen (Lee) and Patricia Johnson (Lee).
He is survived by: his wife Maureen Lee (O'Hara); his children, Karen Hogan (Lee), Mandy Lee and Shaun Lee (Traci Lee); and his grandchildren, Austin Lee, Ava McGraw, Jake Hogan, Tanner Hogan, Bryce Hogan and Annie Lee. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews.
