He was predeceased by: his father James P. Lacey; his wife Barbara S. Lacey; his mother Vergie S. Lacey; his siblings, Mildred Goodwin, Jessie Lee Putman, Joe and James Lacey; his niece Kim Clifton (Joshua Clifton); and his son-in-law Paul Theige.
He is survived by: his children, Glenn Lacey (Susan), Marty Lacey (Karen) and Celita Theige; and his great-nephews, Trent and Adam Clifton. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 17th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Craig Funeral Home (1475 Old Dixie Hwy, St. Augustine, FL 32084). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 18th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, September 18th 2024 at the Craig Memorial Park (2600 Old Moultrie Rd, St. Augustine, FL 32086).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Shriners Children's Hospital.
