He was predeceased by: his father George Willard Burge; his brother Glenn Burge; his niece Tabitha Dingler; and his great-niece Sharon Ann Hagan. He is survived by: his mother Carmella Burge; his children, Jacob Burge and Margaret Mullinary (Chads); the mother of his children Maryann Nudi Sembrat; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Constantine, Caleb Burge, Chads Mullinary, Luke Mullinary and Isabella Burge; his siblings, Sharon Moon and Allen Burge; his nephew Robert Burge; and his nieces, Elizabeth Balog, Nicole Goyette and Melissa Burge.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that contributions be made to the American Lung Association to support "quit smoking" and awareness programs, a cause close to Wayne's heart. Donation Page.
