He was predeceased by: his mother Joan Jenkins; and his sister Kimberly Danford. He is survived by: his sons, Justin Clements, Dylan Clements and Tyler Clements; his grandchildren, Kylee, Carter and Carlee Clements; and his siblings, Tammy Bollinger, Tim Bollinger and Jim Danford.
