She is survived by: her children, Julia Belden Vaill Gatlin, Melissa Evelyn Vaill Quickel (Brad) and Charles Parker Wallace Vaill (Laurie); and her close friend Jean Hailey Bower. She is also survived by six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
