Though Shellie Todd Parker has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Sheldon Carlton Parker and Evelyn Mable Cole Parker; and her son Todd Wilkes Sturdivant Vaill. She is survived by: her children, Julia Belden Vaill Gatlin, Melissa Evelyn Vaill Quickel (Brad) and Charles Parker Wallace Vaill (Laurie); and her close friend Jean Hailey Bower. She is also survived by six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
