He was predeceased by: his sister Margaret Cohrs; and his brothers-in-law, Salvatore D'Amico and Thomas Short. He is survived by: his wife Antoinette O'Connell; his siblings, Joseph of Pearl River, NY, James (Beulah) of Apalachin, NY, Kevin O'Connell of Endicott, NY and Bridget Short of Apalachin, NY; and his sister-in-law Thresea D'Amico of Oxford, FL. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Craig Funeral Home (1475 Old Dixie Hwy, St. Augustine, FL 32084). A prayer was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A Mass was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 7:00 AM at the Cathedral Catholic Church (38 Cathedral Pl, St. Augustine, FL 32084). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the Corpus Christi Catholic Church (38 Cathedral Pl, St. Augustine, FL 32084).
