He was predeceased by: his parents, George Allen and Dorothy Allen (Clifford). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Allen (Shaughnessy); his sons, George and Mark Allen; his grandsons, Kyle, Ryan, Dale and Lee Allen; and his siblings, George Allen, Rita and Dorothy Allen. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.

A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Village Church (4229 Pacetti Rd, St. Augustine, FL 32092). The military honors was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Jacksonville National Cemetery (4083 Lannie Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32218).
