It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judtih A Black (Saint Augustine, Florida), born in Ashtabula, Ohio, who passed away on November 14, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Welker and Josephine Welker (Denik); her husband William Black; her son John Black; her sister Janet Jones; her aunt Sunda Denik; and her uncle Edward Denik.
She is survived by: her son James Black; her sister Sue Lillvis; and her grandchildren, Jessica, Mathew, David and John.
