She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Payson and Evangeline Payson; and her husband Raymond D. Alden. She is survived by: her children, Bruce Alden (Linda) of Canton, GA, Jud Alden (Dana) of Canton, GA and Judy Alden of Charleston, SC; and her siblings, Charles Payson of Plattsburgh, NY and Peg Racine of Brandon, VT.. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
