He is survived by: his wife Beverly Girard MacDonald; his children, Renee Ravlin (Lester), Andrea MacDonald of St Augustine, FL and Joseph MacDonald Jr. (Cynthia); and his grandchildren, Bryan Ravlin (Heather), Brad Ravlin, Ashley Blaine (Kirk), Danielle MacDonald (Jake), Geoff Price (Taryn) and Shannon MacDonald (Clay).
