He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony (Angelina Guerriero) and NJ; and his siblings, Daniel (Lisa), Albert and Frances Cusmano (Carmine).

He is survived by: his girlfriend Lucy Muraca; his sister Anita Welkner; and his sister-in-law Roberta. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
