He is survived by: his daughters, Elizabeth Foreman White (Jonathan) of Burleson and Catherine "Cat" Foreman of St. Augustine; his parents, Ron Foreman and Sandra Foreman; his brothers, Joel Foreman (Michelle) and Michael Foreman (Stephanie); his nieces and nephews, Adrienne of Lake City, Joshua of Lake City, Emma of Lake City and Macy of Lake City; and his close friend Cary Foreman of St. Augustine.
