He is survived by: his wife Mary Sullivan; his siblings, Marilyn Clark of Columbus, IN. and Bill Sullivan (Lana) of Columbus, IN.; his daughters, Melissa Phillips (Dan) and Crystle Higa (Ken); his stepsons, Wade Cox of Terre Haute, IN and Justin Cox of Columbus, OH.; and his grandchildren, Jamie, Josh, Kenny, Xavier, Kalia, Heather and Cameron.
