It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hugh William Wilson (Saint Augustine, Florida), born in Toronto, Ontario, who passed away on March 29, 2025, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Hugh William may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Hugh William touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, David Wilson and Anne Wilson; his sister Katherine Hancock; his wife Adele Wilson; and his daughter Jennifer Wilson.
He is survived by: his children, Robin Wilson, Catherine Shoulders (John) and Graham Wilson. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Wesminster Chapel (235 Towerview Dr, St. Augustine, FL 32092).
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to either the Team Member Scholarship Fund or the Employee Holiday Fund at Westminster St. Augustine, in memory of Hugh Wilson.
