She is survived by: her husband Bobby Proctor; her sons, Mark Miller of Lexington, KY, Stuart Miller of Milton, FL and John Miller of Brookeville, IN; her stepdaughters, Kim McKinney and Amy Belcourt of Bethel, CT; her sister Jill Bunnell of Hardyville, KY; her grandchildren, Jesse, Zachary, Makenzie, Brookes, Kendal, Erin, Emily, Daniel and Morgan; and her great grandchildren, Julia Nicole, Hailey, Bradley and Salem.
