He was predeceased by: his parents, George A. Sommerer and Anna Rimshaw Sommerer Zilka; his sister Dolores Peters; and his son George A. Sommerer III. He is survived by: his wife Rachel; his daughter Michelle Jacobson (Scotty) of St; his grandchildren, Austin Jacobson, Andrew Jacobson, Tommy Middleton, Jr., Macy Macoy, Ren Nogueira and Anna Jacobson; his great grandchildren, Leela Mackey and Carice Jacobson; and his nieces, Judy, Pam and Penny.
In lieu of flowers, it is requested that donations be made to the Shriners' Hospital for Children, 2900 Rocky Point Drive, Tampa, FL 33607 in memory of Noble George Sommerer.
