He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert J. "Bud" Wood and Rose Marie Wood (Miller). He is survived by: his sons, Clay Wood of Nashville and Chase Wood (Heidi) of Nashville; his siblings, Carol Smedley (James) of Chattanooga, TN. and Kenny Wood (Shann) of Jacksonville; his grandchildren, Easton and Emery; the mother of his children Betty Bass Robinson; and his extended family, Julie and Bill Brothers. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
