He is survived by: his children, Judith (David Ericksen), Marigrace (John Chakwin), Fred (Ellen Gortler), Francine (Donald Gallagher) and Richard (Terry Gortler); his brother Richard (Caroline Gortler); and his sister-in-law Doris Battista. He is also survived by children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
